I've
resisted this for the last decade in order to "keep the message pure" . The CEB
construction has been and is still the focus of my attention and the aspect of
developing micro businesses throughout the world is a dream that is finally
becoming a reality! HOWEVER, the current economic crisis is now becoming a
reality in my profession as well not to mention my home town! I know folks that have
made a decent living all their lives working for some big company that has taken
their business off shore, whether to Mexico, India, Malasia or China, these
people, these friends and acquaintances are now living hand to mouth working odd
jobs for a fraction of their original pay. As an employer I know how hard it is
to turn folks down when you are struggling to break even and as a
manufacturer I know the realities of dealing with government regulation and
parasitism. As a contractor, over 40% of the money spent on labor costs went
directly to either the state or fed. Then another 25 to 30% went to taxes, workmans comp (taxes) or liability insurance (taxes). I am no longer in the
construction business for that reason and that is why I have promoted the owner
builder as much as I have. Manufacturing has been hit hard by incessant
government bureaucrats looking to justify their job and expand their territory
and the prospect of continuing in business seems to have a gloomy future.
So I am expanding my presence
to include opportunities as well as education for anyone with the drive to
succeed in these drizzling economic times. My promise to you is that I won't
post anything I'm not doing myself. I don't expect to be 100% correct but I do
take a lot of care and research in each endeavor. If you care to join me

I met a gentleman in Nigeria last month
